What are my payment options?

You can pay by either automatic bank withdrawal or credit card. If you want full cash back rewards and not pay a processing fee, then you will want to pay by automatic bank withdrawal.

Why do I have to place a repeat grocery/gas/coffee gift card every month? Can’t I place a one time order?

We all have to buy groceries every month, and RRC offers 80% of all the major retailers across Canada (Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro and their affiliates).

You want to order from us if you intend to place a repeat order for monthly purchases like groceries/gas/coffee, and not just one time.

We do not offer One Time Orders.

However, if you want to stop, hold or add one time gift cards to your monthly order anytime then simply let us know by phone or email (you can also use the ‘Change My Order’ tab on our website).  Let us know by the 15th of the month for the next month’s order.

It’s very easy….just click on ‘Change My Order’ on our website Home Page and send us in writing what you would like us to do with your monthly order (remember send that message before the 15th of the month to make the change to your following month’s order).

How does your order cycle work-when can I expect my first order?

The 15th of the month is a key date here at RRC. That is the time each month we close our order file and prepare to deliver the next month’s gift cards. So if we receive your new order, or change order request (including payment/banking changes) we will process your order and you will receive it via Canada Post the very next month. If you order after the 15th your first order or your order change will come to you the month after next. For example if you ordered on March 16th through to April 15th your order would come to you in May.

REMEMBER: You don’t pay for your order until the month they are delivered (not when you order). So relax and start enjoying the convenience of automatic monthly grocery/gas/coffee gift card orders delivered like clock work every month to your home via Canada Post without the hassle of signing for a FedEx package.

Do I pay for my order when I place my order with you?

No! This is very important to remember… you only pay for your order in the month you receive your cards, not before. For example if you place your order after the 15th of the month, your order will come to you the month after next, but you don’t pay for your order until the month your order is mailed to you.

I don’t like giving my bank information out. Is it secure?

Most people don’t know this but banking information is far more secure than giving out your credit card information. The banks have established a very tight processing system and only recognize authorized vendors, which Retail Rewards (Community Charity Services) has been for over a decade. Your banking information is very safe. It is also the least expensive way of processing payment, so you get a maximum net Cash Back benefit by paying with automatic bank withdrawal.

Can I pay with Credit Card?

Yes, you pay a 2% processing fee, but if you have a rewards credit card that gives you air miles, cash back or points you will see a net benefit in your pocket when you add up the Cash Back benefit and your credit card reward benefit. You also have the option of receiving half your Cash Back benefits instead of paying the 2% processing fee.

How do I change my order?

We make this very simple for you to do. Remember the 15th of the month and if you send us an email on or before the 15th, your order request change will be made for you for the next month. Go to the “Change My Order” tab. Send us the detail of what you want changed, cancelled or added, and we will make it so!
